My brother and I cherish the beautiful house, which our mother lovingly converted with antiquarian entrance doors into three charming independent apartments. The house Sieglinde is well maintained, but it is already over 100 years old. From time to time a step creaks, but you will feel comfortable in the quiet and cozy house.

My mother-in-law Rosi, who lives 10 minutes away, takes care of the well-being of our guests in the cozy vacation apartment under the roof on the second floor. For all questions and wishes Rosi is there for you.

The main guest must be at least 23 years old.

Please pay the accommodation price by bank transfer until seven days before your arrival or directly after booking if you book at short notice.

We pay the local tourismus tax for our guests, who receive a spa and guest card from the municipality of Prien with numerous discounts when they fill out the registration form on site.

Prien is also so popular because it is conveniently located. It is 5.4 km to Haus Sieglinde from the Bernau / Prien freeway exit on the A8 between Munich and Salzburg.

The train station Prien is only 500 meters away. All trains leave there and there is also the bus station. And of course the Chiemsee train, which was built especially for King Ludwig II and is affectionately called the "Bockerl-Bahn", runs comfortably from mid-May to September in about 8 minutes to Prien harbor, from where the Chiemsee boat service to Fraueninsel and Herreninsel also departs. On foot it is about 1,000 meters to the harbor.

The stop for the local bus 9424 is only 50 meters from the front door, at the beginning of our private access road. The use is free of charge with the spa and guest card. The bus runs every hour all year round, travel time: approx. 7 minutes.

The use of the Chiemsee ring line 9586 is free of charge with the spa and guest card. It is the first public line that circles Lake Chiemsee directly and opens up numerous possibilities for combined hiking and biking tours. The bicycle trailer carried on board has room for 18 bikes. The bus operates from mid-May to early October.
