My brother and I cherish the beautiful villa that our mother lovingly converted into three charming, independent apartments with antique entrance doors.
The Sieglinde House is well-maintained, but is over 100 years old. A few steps might creak now and then, but you'll feel right at home in this cozy house.
It is located in the center of Prien, opposite the König Ludwigsaal (King Ludwig Hall) and just 500 meters from the train station. Bakeries, a supermarket, and restaurants are within walking distance. The lake and Prien harbor are 1 km away.
In Haus Sieglinde there are the holiday apartments 2to8 and a holiday apartment in the attic.
FOR MOUNTAIN LOVERS
Haus Kampenwandblick
My brother and I have completed the modernization of the beautiful three-family house, which our mother had successfully begun.
The holiday apartment is located on the top floor directly under the roof.
The house thrives on its location in the green, still rural district of Ernsdorf, with a magnificent view of the Kampenwand mountain range and a beautiful linden tree standing proudly on a hill. The Moosweg trail, which begins at the next corner, leads you across fields and a pretty forest directly to Lake Chiemsee, a 20-minute walk away.
A few steps up the hill are farms with geese, cows and calves and a vending machine with fresh milk, cheese and eggs.

Apartment 2to8
Apartment in the attic
Both spacious bedrooms each have a large double bed with two bedside tables, a wide sofa bed with a separate sofa footstool, two open wardrobes, a TV and windows on two sides with blackout curtains.
The large and well-equipped kitchen seats eight guests at the dining table. Two or three people can also dine on the balcony in front of the kitchen, which overlooks the garden.
The bathroom, with a shower and bathtub, is bright and spacious. The apartment has a Miele washing machine in the laundry room.
The two sofas in both rooms are available exclusively for relaxation for up to four or six guests.
The first bedroom features a 220 x 200 cm double bed with multi-adjustable slatted frames and an exceptionally high-quality METZELER Airline Glamour® mattress. Perfect sleep is guaranteed here. The sofa can also be converted into a 200 x 150 cm double sofa bed with a comfort slatted frame and a high-quality cold foam mattress. The windows on two sides can be shaded with blackout curtains.
The second bedroom features a 180 x 200 cm double bed with adjustable slatted frames and a high-quality cold foam mattress. The sofa can be converted into a 200 x 170 cm double bed with a comfort slatted frame and a high-quality cold foam mattress. The windows on two sides can be shaded with blackout curtains.
If required, two travel cots and a high chair for children can be used free of charge.
Haus Sieglinde is quietly located at the end of our private access road, 50 meters from the street. The first-floor apartment is accessed via a staircase.
The apartment's free parking is right in front of the front door. You can park your bicycles in the garage to the right of the house. You'll find the remote control for the gate in the apartment. The garage also has three sockets for e-bikes.

The cozy living room features a sofa corner with a TV, a dining table with five chairs, a cupboard, and a chaise longue. The narrow balcony offers a beautiful view and seating for 2-3 guests. The separate bedroom is quiet and has a spacious closet. The kitchen is small but well-equipped. The bathroom with a shower/tub is bright and spacious. If it gets warm in the summer in the well-insulated attic apartment, you can set up two quiet fans. The apartment has its own Miele washing machine in the laundry room.
The spacious corner sofa in the living room is available exclusively for relaxation for up to 3 guests.
The bedroom features a 200 x 220 cm double bed with multi-adjustable slatted frames and a high-quality TEMPUR® mattress. Perfect sleep is guaranteed. The bedroom window can be darkened with a light-proof blind with guide rails.
In a quiet and largely darkened niche of the living room there is a chaise longue that can be converted into a spacious 105 x 220 cm single bed with slatted frame and spring core upholstery.
For occupancy by 4 or 5 guests, the corner sofa can be converted into a 140 x 205 cm double bed with box spring upholstery. The living room curtains facing the balcony are light-proof, but hang slightly in front of the wall. The blinds on the skylights are light-proof.
If required, a travel cot for children can be used free of charge.
Haus Sieglinde is located at the end of our private access road, 50 meters from the main road, in a very quiet location. The apartment's free parking is right outside the front door. The second-floor apartment is accessed via the stairs. The ground-floor and first-floor apartments are permanently rented.
