Age restriction:

The main guest must be at least 23 years old.

Payment terms:

Deposit and transfer of the remaining accommodation price up to seven days before arrival or, in the case of shorter-term bookings, immediately after booking.

Cancellation policy:

Full refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days in the future. A 50% refund is given for cancellations made at least seven days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within seven days of check-in.

Cancellation policy for long-term bookings: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
